How It Works
Your website is already generating opportunities. Byrdi helps you act on them.
Here's the full process, from an anonymous visit to a qualified lead in your calendar.
The Byrdi Process
Five steps. All handled by Byrdi.
1
Identify
Byrdi identifies potential prospects showing meaningful interest in your website and organizes them based on the business and intent signals available, things like company, role, and pages viewed.
2
Score and Prioritize
The system evaluates which prospects look most relevant based on page activity, business fit, location, services viewed, and other available signals, so your best opportunities rise to the top.
3
Start Outreach
Qualified prospects are added to a personalized outreach campaign built around your industry, your offer, and the natural timeline your buyers move on.
-
Outreach never mentions that someone was identified through website activity. Every message is written to feel natural and relevant, and every campaign is customized to your business.
4
Nurture Conversations
When someone replies, the Byrdi AI Agent continues the conversation, answers common questions, gathers additional details, and determines whether the person is a viable opportunity.
5
Deliver Qualified Leads
Once a prospect shows meaningful interest, Byrdi can send the lead to your designated email, request a phone number if one is missing, direct the prospect to a scheduling link, or book them directly onto your calendar.

Common Questions
A few things people usually ask.
Byrdi identifies the real people already visiting your website — by name and email — even the ones who never fill out a form. It then follows up with them automatically in your voice, qualifies the genuinely interested ones with an AI agent, and hands your team a warm, ready-to-talk lead. In short: you already paid for that visitor, and Byrdi gets them back.
A single line of code (the Byrdi pixel) goes on your website. When someone visits, Byrdi matches that visit against commercial contact data to associate it with a real name and email. There's no scraping and no guessing at personal accounts or devices — it's a match against existing, commercially available records.
Roughly 97% of website visitors leave without ever contacting you, and Byrdi is built to recover a meaningful slice of that. In practice the pixel identifies up to around 40% of high-intent visitors, and across live client reports the email match rate typically runs in the high 80s to low 90s percent. Your exact numbers depend on your traffic.
Is this legal? Visitor identification is a widely used, legal marketing practice when it's disclosed properly, and Byrdi is built to stay on the right side of that line: no sensitive data (no health, financial, government-ID, or children's data), built-in opt-out and suppression, and outreach that follows CAN-SPAM. That said, privacy rules vary by state, country, and industry, so we always recommend your own legal counsel review your final privacy-policy language. Byrdi is designed around U.S. frameworks; if a large share of your traffic is from the EU, UK, or Canada, we can geo-filter your campaign.
Setup is a quick six-step onboarding: add the pixel, update your privacy policy, confirm your ideal customer profile and offer, approve the outreach messaging, set your AI agent's guardrails, and choose how you want hot leads delivered. You send us your answers and our team handles the build. Most of the heavy lifting is on us.
Identified visitors who fit your ideal customer profile enter a cold-outreach drip campaign. Our AI agent engages anyone who replies, qualifies whether they're genuinely interested, and the moment someone shows real buying intent, you're notified with everything your team needs to close.
Byrdi uses a thoughtful, low-pressure follow-up sequence designed to stay present without overwhelming anyone’s inbox. The number and timing of messages can vary based on the business, audience, and type of service. Follow-ups stop as soon as someone replies, so the conversation can continue naturally from there.
No. When a prospect replies, the AI agent responds with a genuine, helpful answer, works out whether they're a real opportunity, and confirms details like the best phone number. It's capped so it never over-messages a single contact — after a small number of exchanges it forces a warm handoff to your team rather than looping forever.
However you prefer. Hot leads can be delivered straight to your inbox by email, or booked directly onto your calendar using a scheduling link you provide. Either way, you show up to a lead that's already been warmed up.
We follow established email deliverability best practices from the start, including proper technical setup, gradual sending, list verification, and ongoing monitoring. Messages are also written and formatted to feel like normal, one-to-one emails rather than mass marketing campaigns. While no provider can guarantee inbox placement every time, we actively manage deliverability to protect sending reputation and maximize the likelihood that messages reach the primary inbox.
No, and that's deliberate. The messaging is written to read like thoughtful, professional cold outreach — it never references browsing behavior, website activity, or intent data. It's warm, human, and low-pressure: a friendly note that you're here to help when they're ready.
Pricing depends on the plan and lead volume, with a standard monthly plan and a lighter "Byrdi Lite" tier available. Because the leads come from traffic you're already paying for, it's designed to be a return on your existing marketing rather than a brand-new expense — often one closed job more than covers the plan. Ask us for current pricing and we'll match it to your traffic and average job value.
Most plans include a monthly lead cap, such as 50 leads per month, while others may offer unlimited leads. Once your monthly cap is reached, the system will stop identifying additional leads until the next billing cycle. We’ll help you choose the right cap based on your website traffic and goals during onboarding.
Yes. Byrdi works for B2B and B2C websites alike — the current client roster spans home services, industrial and manufacturing, professional services and accounting, specialty education, and travel/hospitality, on both sides.
Businesses already spending real money to drive website traffic — typically through Google Ads and SEO — who suspect that traffic isn't working as hard as it should. If you think in terms of jobs and revenue rather than impressions, and you'd rather fix the leak than just buy more clicks, you're the target.
Your ideal customer profile and the offer you want to lead with, your sign-off on the drafted outreach messaging, any do's and don'ts for how the agent should talk to prospects, a decision on email vs. calendar delivery, confirmation of who's installing the pixel, and a privacy-policy update. If you don't have an ICP or offer nailed down, we'll help you build one.
Yes. Because Byrdi collects data from your website visitors, your privacy policy needs to disclose that — it's a low-lift, standard update. We provide sample language for both your privacy policy and an optional cookie banner, along with where to place them. Have your own counsel review the final wording before publishing.
Absolutely. You approve the cold-outreach messaging before anything goes out, and you set guardrails for the AI agent — tone, topics to avoid, and things it should always mention — the same way you'd brief your own sales team. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Buying more traffic when 97% of visitors already leave without contacting you is like turning up the faucet while the drain is open. Byrdi fixes the drain: it works the visitors you've already paid to attract instead of paying again for new ones. It's not more marketing spend — it's a return on the marketing you're already doing.
Fast. The first outreach touch is designed to go out quickly after a prospect is identified — often within about one business hour — so you're reaching people while their interest is fresh, before a competitor gets there first. From there the gentle drip and AI follow-up take over automatically.
